Arizona Biltmore will be hosting a series of Champagne & Caviar events beginning November 22, which will feature delightful pairings of Petrossian Caviar with a different champagne house each week, including Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Laurent Perrirer and Perrier Jouet. A menu of delectable bites will include croque madame, lobster salad and foie gras torchon, along with varieties of sweet truffles and sorbet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

An homage to the resort\u2019s storied past<\/a> and famous star-studded opening day party in 1929, each Champagne & Caviar event will seamlessly blend the resort\u2019s timeless allure with a French bistro atmosphere to create a private escape with music and elevated service. Hosted in Arizona Biltmore\u2019s Tea Room, the light lunch menu will be available 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and before the space transforms into a lounge from 2 to 11 p.m.<\/span><\/p>

Savor elevated favorites such as hand-carved, salt and cider-brined roasted turkey, early harvest butternut squash bisque with toasted marcona almonds and lemon zest cr\u00e9me fra\u00eeche, warm field pumpkin ravioli duck confit, and more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
